ECC is an open-source toolkit that gives coding agents a shared engineering process across harnesses. It combines skills, agents, hooks, memory, planning tools and security scanning so agents can plan, test, review, verify and retain useful lessons. The open-source project is MIT-licensed, and a separate GitHub App adds repository workflow guidance and paid plans.
Key Features
- Includes 71 agents for planning, review, build repair, security, architecture and domain work.
- Provides 311 skills covering TDD, research, security, docs, frontend, data, ML and operations.
- Adds hooks, rules, unified memory and continuous learning for session summaries, handoffs and context controls.
- Includes AgentShield scanning for prompts, hooks, MCP configuration, permissions, secrets and agent files.
- Offers Plan Canvas for annotating plans in the browser and reviewing revisions in place.
